if you have low budget i recommend this hotel but i tell you this hotel are currently under renovation but business as usual i stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with breakfast for the cost of 1380 per night if you wish you can get per night for the cost of 1100 php w/o breakfast. But i tell you the breakfast is not as good as you think the fried rice they serve to us is not fried and it is cold as their air con what the heck all in all 3/5 i will post the picture of their deluxe room later

Everything in the hotel was under construction. From the outside sidewalk to all of the hallways. We were not told about this ahead of time. Construction materials everywhere! Food was good.
