Facilities are clean, ambiance is very nice but the ER staff who get my sons BP is not okay.. She have heavy hands and her face is not pleasing and not approachable

Been calling the Information Desk but no one is answering. I thought they have 24 hour service!

Facilities is ok. Rooms are big and clean. Doctors though not really very visible thus prolonging your stay.

Doctors and nurses are accommodating, nice facilities but limited parking space.

All Nurses and Doctors are accommodating and treatments are fast and reliable. HMO representatives however is a downside. But in total, it's a fine Hospital.

The doctor we had an appointment arrived almost 2 hours late and the nurse at the reception was not helpful with communicating with the doctor. As soon as the doctor was in though, the check-up was fast.

Fast service,practically new facilities but one staff in the ICU sucks!No empathy or whatsoever. My ma died in the ICU last year and the nurse told us that we have to pay for the unused injection, an injection for reviving a patient, it cost 7k at that time.And sabi KO sa nurse Hindi ba pwedeng ibalik na lang since di naman nagamit sabi nya hospital policy daw and inorder pa daw sa supplier,okey naintindihan na namin what pissed me off big time was that nurse told us na "ibenta nyo na lang sa mga kakilala nyo." How insensitive can you get.Araw araw bang may irerevive akong kakilala?Para bentahan KO ng injection?I will never forget that nurse.And by the way the injection is still in my freezer, a reminder that I will never set my foot in this hospital again.

Fast service, processing of discharge is hasslefree, all the staff are friendly and efficient, and rates are reasonable. Aside from these, they have good facilities and the hospital is well-maintained.
