We are the UP DOST Scholars’ Association (UP DOST-SA), a non-stock, non-profit, socio-academic organization of DOST scholars in the University of the Philippines – Diliman. Since 1979, UP DOST-SA has been actively spearheading different activities and programs, forwarding its objectives such as to promote science consciousness among the youth and to improve science education in the Philippines.

UP DOST-SA will be holding the National DOST Scholars’ Summit (NDSS), a premiere nationwide gathering that aims to promote scientific awareness, bridge career opportunities, and build connections among DOST scholars. Thousands of brilliant students are added to the pool of DOST scholars every year. Hence, on its 8th year, we transformed the DOST Scholars Summit into NDSS, in consonance with our goal of creating a greater impact at a wider perspective.
