Old packed lounge. Sufficient as this airport is brutal if you are on transit or even if you arrive earlier - there is no other decent place other than Starbucks or this...
Very disappointed. Old, tired and smelly. Had a headache I'm think from the mold.
Compared to Plaza Premium Lounge, this place is really disappointing. Food and drink choices are even more limited than your regular limited lounges. If it wasn't for free access I wouldn't bother. They don't even have their own restrooms. I guess for a quick rest and filling your belly it's okay
The food is ok(congee, pancit and chicken) and yes they have alcohol here.
Not actually a lounge. Just a small dirty room with a lot of people in it and free soft drinks. Absolutely terrible
Poorly cleaned almond with the Comfort room (Bathroom) being broke for over 2 months. Priority pass is complete waste on this place. Pay the 750p or 15usd and go to the Manila lounge.
the food is not that good, they rarely change food, always rice, pancit, congee! and their chicken is not freshly cooked, its stale!
Comfortable lounge. Decent selection of eats. Very friendly and courteous staff.
open 24 hours. good staff. food is okay but too many korean food, paper. since its not only for asiana users but also priority pass and credit card users in a filipino international airport , id like to eat filipino food or international food.
Staff are awsome and food is great but I will say the place itself is quite small and with a lot of guest most of the time you could be in a tight spot if u looking for seat.... I will say an expansion would greatly help the place
Reception Staff is helpful. Food is good. Limited area to sit due to many guests sometimes.
This is a very basic lounge. The food selection is lacking and bland. I was told the business class had filled up the main lounge so I would have to go to the overflow lounge with my Priority Pass card. I did not realize there is a hierarchy.
I had been waiting to check-in my baggage for 6 hours prior to entering the lounge because the check-in counters in Manila only open 3 hours before the flight is scheduled to depart. LAME!!
I asked if I could take a shower and was told they are cold. Everything in the Philippines seems to barely function.
A bit small but not crowded. It could be improved, providing more comfortable seating or resting areas. There is not a great choice for food, drinks are just fine enough.
