We set an appointment a month ahead. A week before appointed day, they moved it to another day (at an inconvenient day for us). Then, the day before the re-appointed day, I sent a text message to confirm my appointment (as per their instruction) and I get a reply that they cancelled our appointment. Thanks for wasting our time. Real nice customer service.
