  Been to the city hall many times and their transactions and staff are very very fast and on time, rarely will you be in a tight spot or hassle.
  
  The area is clean and very nice and is easily accessible to the public as well.

  Marikina City Hall is one of the most cleanest City hall I've ever seen! Comfort rooms are elegant and clean plust the outside very presentable truly a marble of engineering!🔱🙌

  Efficient and fast transactions are facilitated with courteous employees. Refreshments are also provided for if transactions will take sometime specially during real state tax payments. Parking space needs upgrading in the future. Over all a thumbs up place

  Went here to pay property taxes. The city hall itself is well maintained and properly ventilated. Proper social distancing is strictly being observed. Very important nowadays during the pandemic. The payment process was very efficient as the city government has implemented an electronic queuing system. Expected to be there longer but was done a lot sooner. Kudos to the city hall staff and local leaders.

  The City Treasurer's office worked overtime this Holy Week of 2018 to accomodate people availing the 50% discount for Real Property Tax. Awesome.

  City Hall employees are very polite and helpful, they will answer your question with a smile and things run smoothly. Whatever doc you need will be processed asap. I have processed docs here multiple times and I dont see any member of the staff just on their phone playing. Its nice that the tax payers money are well spent on these hardworking and kind employees. Kudos Marikina City Hall!

  The place is both air-conditioned and using fans. There is an information booth on the entrance and there are two guards that checks your bags. I was wearing a cap that day and they told me to remove the cap for security purposes. I obediently removed the cap since it is also for our safety. The place is filled with chairs and some tables so you can freely sit while waiting for your turn. I registered some files for our office and they gave me clear instructions. The vibe is really easy and there is a digital ticketing system inside the treasury. Hope there will be a newsletter for the citizens here so we can be updated every month on the latest things we can do. But overall, I love the service here.
