In between Vigan,Ilocos Sur and Laoag,Ilocos Norte. This property sits in a spacious 1.2 hectare greenery that boasts of trees and ornamental plants .The house is spacious and well-maintained,making it a perfect place to stay if you’re travelling as a family or as a group. With its amenities and ambience, our guests will surely “feel home away from home”

The space
Location
The farmhouse is around 20 to 30 minutes drive from Vigan City, Ilocos and 1 hour to 1.5 hours drive from Laoag City, Ilocos Norte and Pagudpud. The best part of it, is you get see and passby different towns with sceneries and attractions.

* 30 minutes drive to Vigan and nearby tourist spots
* 1.5 hours drive to Laoag / Pagudpud

Bedrooms
There are three (3) A/C bedrooms upstairs with double-size beds and cabinets while one non-A/C bedroom with single bed is downstairs. Each bedroom is fitted with two 1 x 1 meter of Capiz windows providing the room with adequate ventilation of fresh air. The rooms can accommodate 8 to 12 people, in excess we will setup additional mattress in the 2nd floor living room.
There is also one Non-A/C bedroom on the first floor which can sleep two (2) to four (4) persons.

Equipped with basic utensils and condiments that can be used for cooking.

Restrooms / Bathrooms
Three (3) restrooms are modernly designed and clean. The main restroom is located inside the house and equipped with shower + heater + t&b. While the auxiliary bathrooms are located outside the house equipped with shower and t&b. The 3rd restrooms are newly constructed with a skylight roofing and a rustic-modern minimalist concept.

Guest access
Outside the house, there’s a grass-carpeted front lawn; a backyard; and a Cabana (kubo) with hammock (duyan)where star-gazing can be enjoyed.
Guests may explore the whole property but should practice the buddy system.

Interaction with guests
If the host family is around they will definitely welcome the guests! A caretaker will also be available to accommodate and assist the guests on the host family's behalf.

The property is an active farm
There might be maintenance or construction activities within the property so expect people to pass by or access the gate. Rest assured that guests will have private and exclusive use of the house and its amenities.
Farm animals may be seen wandering the property.
Bath towels, basic toiletries (except toothbrush), complimentary drinks, kitchen/cooking utensils are provided.
The house is a personal vacation house which belongings of the host are kept or displayed.
