    This needs to be demolished!
Very old, very bad condition. We had cockroaches on our room. The bathroom is a joke, so does the breakfast.
My photos will show you the truth.

Food needs major improvement. In taste, proportion and presentation. COFFEE should NOT be served as premixed. Let clients have their options if it's black, with sugar or cream. 👎

At first, the room they gave us did smell really bad. I understood cause its an old building. But quickly enough they gave us a new room, slightly better than the previous. Price was affordable but we got fooled online as to how it looked. However, I warn all roach haters. Yup. Tiny creepy crawlies once you leave the room or sleep. I just hope that they will do some renovations and remove that stinky carpet especially.

Location is better... Rooms are bigger.. staffs are accommodating but needs a lot of improvements especially the rooms, ac is same like electric fan... Tv is the old model... Beds are ordinary... My home bed is little bit better than what is there... I think they have to re categorize the " hotel" into more appropriate discription...

This is a very old hotel in a very sleazy neighbourhood. Security guards try to ask you for massage service where they will call in. Not tried but I guess it's nor decent. Room is old and beds are hard. Pillows are flat and lousy. No free bottled water as all is chargeable. No tooth brush so remember to being your own. No bath towels and toiletries so you must bring your own. No hot water and shower is freezing cold water. Food in the hotel I had complimentary breakfast and they insist that mine is not included but I check with my booking and there is and they do not honour. Highly NOT RECOMMEBD. unless you are out for a shocking experience in a hotel. The other positive reviews about it. I guess it must be of sleazy travellers.

The personal is quite friendly, however the rooms condition is quite poor. In the first room that was offered to us, refrigerator and TV were broken, in the "upgrade" that we got the toilet was not working! Wifi is available only at the lobby. However, the room price is also not that high, so it is Okey to stay there for one - two nights (when you do not have kids).

It is safe heaven for cockroach and lizard. The music from near pub/club will hit your ears which is good enough to kill your peace and sleep.

We recently book in that hotel and waited. Someone who works there help us with our things but when we were at the room. It was so nasty and creepy old room. I am not satisfied and picture in booking is different. Lots of mosquitos also. It was a nightmare even if its not refundable we decided to look for a good cost and quality hotel.

I recently booked Manila Manor Hotel. However, I'm disappointed with my recent reservation. I had to check out early at Manila Manor Hotel for various reasons:

The linens were dirty as well as the curtains.
There's no water heater in the shower.
The toilet was not working properly.
    Room 512 was really loud.
The tini television was not working.
    The floor was dusty.
The staff on duty was not accommodating after I explained to her my dilemma in the room.

I truly believed in customer satisfaction, and Manila Hotel Manor didn't have any of it.

For reference, I checked in on March 26, 2017 @ 5 pm, dropped off my bag. I came back around 2 am and checked out @ 3 am as I can really sleep in the condition of the hotel.

    Thank you for your time!

In booking this hotel, please don't be deceived by the pictures online (expectations vs. reality).

At first glance the lobby looks good old but luxurious. But the rooms have a tiny tv with only one channel. Wifi doesn't work in the hotel. Toilets are broken and its crawling of cock roaches bedbugs and beetles. It made me sick for days after i left. I should have been paid to stay here not the other way around!

Manila is one of the most polluted capital cities in the world because the government does nothing about vehicle exhaust emissions, with their own subsidised public transport buses being among the worst culprits, one of the knock on effects being that any property in the city suffers from insidious dirt both outside and inside. Manila Manor Hotel, which looks like it was built in the 1970’s, is no exception, and the cumulative dirt of the past 40 years has certainly made its mark on it. In fact, absolutely nothing has changed since then in this time capsule of an hotel. Everything that was once white is now a dirty grey including walls, towels, curtains and bedsheets. The carpets and paint work are original, nothing has been repaired – or if it has been attempted, it’s been bodged. The rooms are worse than student accommodation – in fact I have worked in prisons which have had better facilities, especially in the bathroom whose taps all leak if they work at all, and have irritating details like the toilet roll holder doesn’t, there’s no shower head fixing and the ceiling looks like it fall down at any moment – the water bulge is very precarious. They boast the smallest double beds in the world with only one old sheet on the mattress, and old, tired, broken furniture. The TV and wifi are a joke, the room smells of anti mosquito spray, but the mosquitos seem now immune to it – and even some of the cockroaches were complaining about the conditions. The bedroom walls are very thin and you can hear even whispered conversations from the rooms next door. I know it’s only fifteen quid a night, but the fact is that there are other hotels here at the same price that are like the Hilton in comparison. The Architect must have been embarrased with the outside so decided to create n olde worlde reception area from toyland - it's interesting but very out of place. The area is very busy and noisy but convenient if you like the touristy shopping areas. The only good thing about the hotel is the staff who were remarkably pleasant.

Avoid this place at all costs - It is filthy and run down. It's easy to find brand new hotels for the same price.
Half the rooms face the bars - so are blasted with loud music all night.
