Despite the fast paced life today, moms continue to choose to take a step back, breathe and breastfeed their baby, rather than giving formula, ensuring that their young child gets only the best.

Jaydee Cheng Tan, was a new breastfeeding and working mom, way back in November 2008. It was easy for her to breastfeed at home since it includes a lot of skin-to-skin contact with the baby and a lot of "letting it all hang out.

" But it was a difficult and different scenario when she had to go to the hospital for the monthly check-up of her baby or to the mall. She wanted to be able to nurse her baby, remain covered throughout but without sacrificing her sense of style.

In 2008, when there were only limited styles and quality apparels in the Philippines, Jaydee stumbled on the Mamaway Brand through online search. It was very cumbersome then to purchase online since site was based in UK and would not accept Philippine credit cards. Jaydee mentioned this to her sister, Jonnybell Cheng. Through the latter’s industrious research and efforts, the siblings were able to bring in Mamaway as exclusive distributors in the Philippines.

Mamaway’s mission is to help breastfeeding moms look beautiful, feel confident and be comfortable. Mamaway wants to dress active modern moms with fashionable clothes which are very practical and easy to use when nursing, allowing moms to look their best at the most rewarding moments of their life.

Mamaway offers a wide variety of stylish collection of clothing consisting of pretty refreshing colors for summer to simple yet elegant pieces for the rainy days. Mamaway always selects the best fabric (American PIMA cotton), supersoft and toxic free clothes not just for the comfort of the mothers, but for their precious babies as well. Mamaway offers 2-in-1 maternity and nursing wear, nursing bras, baby slings and pouches and nightwear collection.
