The service is incompetent. we agreed the lens cleaning should be done after 4days (usually 1-2Days) on the 3th day afternoon 15min before shop closed 6pm I got informed that the technician is not available I need to wait more days or pic up the lens without cleaning. The estimate cost is 5500 double as the common costs.
To my complains they only laughing, worst service ever!
I need to go home now to my home island no more time to choose other service was wasted 4 days for nothing. 0 stars also from me! Thank you Marcy'sreport this review -

Not recommended for urgent lens cleaning. Messaged them for the update and the one sadi "Yes ready for pick-up", but when I arrived there the attendant said it was in their repair shop. First impression last. I will give them 0 star. Over price lens cleaning and can't able to finished it on time they promised you. SORRY is not sincere, they're just laughing.

The staff is very helpful and accomodating. The place is very well kept and properly illuminated.
I left my camera there for some repairs and immediately felt confidence in their capability after asking them a few questions. Still waiting a few more days before it is fixed and I get to test how well it works then.report this review -

Customer service is good, they will help you to find available options but I have noticed several things after buying my camera accessories here for the past 4 years:
-Products do not last long. All items I bought have some issues even if I am very careful with my items.
-Pricing does not change with time (still expensive) compared to other camera stores.
There are a lot more better camera stores that offer competitive rates for their products and with better product quality.

3 years ago, I bought from this store my GoPRO 4 Silver and my DSLR camera (Nikon D5300) with 50mm 1.8 lens. Everything I bought is still working.
I have one minor comment though When I bought my brand new DSLR camera and got home, I tested the camera and checked the shutter count, the shutter count did not match the number of photos taken. I took just 1 test photo and the shutter count was more than that. Not really a big deal for me because I thought they probably tested the unit before handing it to me.
Anyway, I will definitely buy again from this store! BTW, they have another branch at APM Shopping Mall in front of SM City Cebu.report this review -

on my experience, all the items I bought from macy's. store is a lot cheaper that what is offered on camera shops in the big malls. I am using mirrorless camera and so far, all the gears I am using in my photography is available or can be ordered at macys.
