Giving it a 2⭐️ for the following reasons: they will give you the room you want only if you ask them to. We arrived here early around 10am, reserved the ocean view room months ahead. They gave us a room that is blocked by trees. They were accommodating to change rooms but the next room they gave us also is not the best 1. I have to walk around and ask for the rooms if they are available. 319 is suite room really good view. We got 317 also good but it took us 3 rooms to get this. Facilities is also dated but clean, I wish that they invest on upgrading the facility especially the elevator which is really cramped. Parking might be challenging if this is a busy season, there is about 6 or 7 slots on the front.

Nice clean rooms. Good service. Only problem was the beach was very dirty and full of garbage. Pool was kinda small.

Just had lunch here. It was good. Did not look at the rooms. The surrounding area including beach are average. There is rubbish including broken bottles is below par. Has good potential. Quiet area.

Best hotel in Subic, pity that its beach is practically inside the harbour and the sea water is not clean, so swimming is not really advisable. The hotel is quite nice and comfortable, very good service. In house restaurant is also good with excellent menu.

Good for family vacations. It offers great views of SBMA beach, mountains of Zambales and Subic Bay. Good amenities, good staff. The food prices are a little pricey.

A very Nice Place with courteous and helpful staff. Situated in the far end of the beach which makes it quiet and peaceful.

The 3 stars are for the nice room I stayed in very spacious, clean and cozy. The cleaners are very courteous and nice. The NOT so good experience was with their front desk. They need to be trained for better customer service. The breakfast buffet is not something you will look forward to so might as well book a room without breakfast.
