Billy King honed his skills and singular cooking style by working in numerous luxury hotels in London and Middle East. He later became Executive Chef of Intercontinental Hotel where he first gained acclaim as a chef of incomparable talent and flourish. At the beginning of 1990, he headed Le Soufflé restaurant and brought it to unparalleled popularity due to his inventive take on classical cuisine.

In 2001, he opened Le Chef at the Manor in Camp John Hay, which has become one of Baguio City’s most celebrated dining addresses. He also beguiled diners with his charming bistro called the French Corner in Alabang.
