  One of the very Bad Reviews.
  Since my 2 box arrived in their Warehouse at Nov 01, they deliver just 1 in 2 days ago,. And till now they not deliver the other one which it’s the same time arrived. I try them to reached out but they even not give any feedback, Lack of Channel communication,…Costumers Service is not useful. this is the worst Courier Delivery. loss of Trust in this.

  The Box stays to their warehouse for as long as they want. This is twice now that we even collected the box on our own as we are close to their warehouse. Paid for delivery but we pick up on our own. So lazy!

  Consignee unknown? Have you guys ever attempted to deliver the parcel?
  You never called or text. I’m very disappointed. Paid too much for delivery fee and the parcel ended up back to the shipper.

  Needed to pick up a shipment from Ikea. Google Maps had the location correct. It's an industrial facility, but that didn't stop the workers from bringing us chairs and sitting us in the shade. Very kind people. The parcels were found quickly and loaded in the van. This is a very busy warehouse! Great work, guys!

  Poor service, they told that the consignee is unknown but they don't even call or text in order them to assist and deliver properly at the exact location. Ending the parcel is being back to the shipper.. waste of money..

  Based in your timeline, if it is within Luzon, delivery time is 1 to 2 days. It's been 3 days now and I don't have any update when my package will be delivered.

  Can you put your contact number... my tracking says transfer in tarlac hub.. 4 days ago but my my family didn't receive yet.. our place only at camiling just 2 hrs from your location....

  i track my cargo, and it says that they already forward and arrive to lbc tarlac team on nov. 04, 2019. and i guess it will be deliver anytime soon, because our place is just around tarlac city.. May i know when is your date schedule to deliver in tarlac area?? And please may i know your contact number of LBC tarlac hub.. Thank you ! Hoping for your fast response!!

  They told me that they can't deliver my parcel on our house but already delivered here once. The customer care rep. i got to talk said that they may delivered it together with balik bayan boxes w/c i can't understand. How can a rider riding a motor with just a trunk on his back could deliver "Balik bayan boxes"? Are balik bayan boxes that small?

  Sept 14 pinadala yung items fr Marikina, up to now Sept 20 di ko p rin narireceive. Ganito po ba service ng LBC? Then for pick-up pa daw in Maliwalo, Tarlac? Huhh? Ano pa silbi ng delivery charge kung pick-up din lang. Kung hindi pa ipa-follow-up hayaan pla nla nkatengga. Urquico Matatalaib lng po ito mahirap ba hanapin? Mr MJ di ka maliligaw dto infront of KKK lng po.

  Went here when I wasn't at home to accept the package I ordered online. Spacey place, the roads inside are apparently used for drying harvested rice by the local crew. Located at Maliwalo and basically, "lahat ng packages/parcels na 'di nareceive, dito ang bagsakan". Had a bit of trouble finding it because what I thought was just an LBC poster was apparently the LBC Tarlac Hub warehouse sign, hence the 4 star rating.

  Very dissapointed for the deleveries...Kahit my tao sa bahay ma tratrack mo sa lbc tracking house close..Hows that??E hindi naman kami umaalis ng bahay!!!!

  Ung package ko dito ang drop off niya. 2 times daw sila pumunta sa shipping address pero based dun sa LBC Tracking page nila "WALA DAW TAO AT SARADO ANG BAHAY". LOL It took the item 1 week bago ma deliver wherein dapat isang araw lang. Pwede naman tumawag, pati phone hindi matawagan. POOR CS.
