Somehow I agree with Ness. The boss and directors should step up their management, process, employee growth and benefit. Working there is not regretful, though the worth of giving your years of passion is something that you will somehow question.

"Trash Can of Golds". There are a huge number of good, talented, and skilled employees. However, they don't have a competent process & management. Poor benefits, low salary. Disclaimer: HR personnel are great but the process they follow plus the management this company has makes them one of the most incompetent department. (I honestly feel sorry for my old colleagues). You'll get the employee benefit not upon regularization but after you have rendered a year. (though you might not still get it on your first year, as they might not be able to process it on time. Expect to hear, "Ganito po kasi talaga." Oh! Before I forget, don't expect a regularization on your 6th month. As I've said, they might not be able to process it on time). The journey I had during my tenure was still a remarkable experience. Though this reality is I believe, worth sharing.
