  Poor license renewal service. Waiting time 2 to 3 hours. The people have no regard for their clients.

  Intermittent internet connection = delay in card printing. Plus really inefficient process in license issuance. About one person processed per 10-15 minutes. Bring your patience. Plus side is they are already issuing 5-yr license cards. Come really early for faster processing; they open at 6am.

  Had to change my renewal venue after knowing current LTO office system went offline, waited 2 hours and still nobody from the office can tell what time will it be online. This is after completing the evaluation, smoke emission test, and insurance. Without hesitation I tried contacting LTO San Juan and luckily, I was able to get thru and spoke with a representative and asked if their system is online, boom, still my lucky day, they were! He also mentioned, they have short queing at that time. In summary, spent 20 minutes to process, assessment/payment and release of sticker! I was also impressed with the lovely lady at the cashier section, very jolly and accommodating! Keep it up LTO San Juan!

  I will be renewing my car. Wala pang plate and invalid motor vehicle number and plate number..what the heck LTO. matawagan ko rin nga.

  mabilis ung service kaya lang plates wala pa din and pagtumatawag sa landline palaging busy halos the whole day

  Renewed my registration last April 2015 and now wala pa din yung new plate and sticker.
