    Efficient employees. When me and my wife renewed our license here, it only took us 40 minutes. The processes were strictly implemented which is outstanding! I just hope thos goes to all government offices regardless if it is local or national.

    Went here to renew my car registration couple of days ago. Upon arriving, LTO staff will ask and guide you through the process. Initially I thought they were fixers but they asked me what I need. I initially needed CTPL and one guy took my papers and went to the insurance office beside lto while another guy assisted me in parking. After parking he brought me to the insurance office where my paper is being processed already.

    The staff manning the windows could be a little bit friendlier but all in all, registration did not take an hour. and my experience is good.

    Went to renew my car registration late yesterday afternoon after coming from a smoke emission center nearby. The process took about half an hour. Maybe it was my timing.

    After the initial review by the front desk near the main entrance, I was told to go to the windows A, B, C, D or E although only A, B and C were manned at that time. What I didn’t know was they now have an online kiosk.

    An LTO officer in car park will approach you with forms that they fill up to bring inside the LTO office.

    Make sure your car insurance, at least a TPL is ready together with other documents already photocopied to save time.

    This office is small and cramped considering the number of vehicles in Makati City but it is clean and somewhat ventilated. Could be better. And more efficiently setup.

    Almost all of its Personnel here are accommodating and receptive. 👍🏽

    Went just to see how Makati LTO customer service. The first window one person assigned gives us warm smile and instruct us where to go. Two hours later we got our brand new license that including medical. Bravo Zulu LTO Makati. Outstanding service.

    Processed today my DL here since I renewed more than 1 month before expiration. Arrived 240pm. Finished 4.30pm. No aircon but clean and no sketchy stuff here. Those who arrived 4pm had a shorter processing time.

    Went there for Driver's license renewal. Arrived there today Dec 13 2017 at 10:30am and finished the process at exactly 1:00pm.

    Driver license renewal december, 11, 2017, arrive at LTO makati district office at 8:30am, at window 1, get application form DL renewal proceed to medical, just a few steps from the office, then get back, submit to window 1, wait a little bit then called at window 3, after a few minutes called at window 7 cashier for payment, then a few minutes called at window 6, then less than 3 minutes, done, plastic ID card got, in short 2hrs and 30min.less....nice job, first time experience like this...Thank you LTO makati district office....nice job....

    Awesome service as always! Renewed license in less than an hour, 30 minutes to be exact. This is not the first time I renewed my license here. To get a medical certificate is also just a walk a way from the office. The employees are also very helpful and positive. Congrats LTO Makati for quality service as usual. Keep it up 👍🏼👏🏼

    I dont understand! Why we need to wait until September to get our STUDENT LICENSE ID? why other LTO branch if that day you apply also that day you will get your Student license ID.. Please let us know kung may other way para mapa bilis ang pagkuha ng student license id namen thanks!

    Guys just phoned LTO pililia branch (12Apr2016 2:45pm) and ask about new plate availability and answered me 'Hindi po nmin alam kung kelan available, kasi yung March 2015 na batch ay wala pa din.'

    You are one of the most inefficient, corrupt, useless government agencies in the Philippines! Pls fix your system. It's been one year, am already renewing my vehicle registration, still I don't have my official license plate. Second, you charge every driver renewal of drivers license every 3 years, it's been a year and I still don't have a license card. Plus your satellite office in ayala mrt had been closed for more than 6 months, and your head office cannot even give me a concrete answer where to pick up the card. This is bull s***t! You should be managing carabao traffic instead!
