Eva's Panganan is located at Romulo Highway, San Vicente, Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac City. They also take reservations, caterings and such.

Eva's Panganan is open from 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight every Sundays to Thursdays and is open from 9:00 am to 2:00 am every Fridays and Saturdays.
