Napakabagal ng serbisyo. Nilipat nmin ang pasyente nmin from public kc 3hrs na hindi pa sya naasikaso ng mabuti, kaya nilipat nmin sya sa jecson. Mas malala pa pala dhil more than 12hrs pa sya bago natignan ng doctor. Hindi pa masyadong approachable ang isang head nurse. Hindi worth it ang sobrang mahal na bill na binayaran nmin.

Been confined twice, same floor (5th flr) with same observations specially on the assigned nurses. Anyway, below are the most recent:
    1. Room- with roaches up to the restroom
    2. Restroom- toilet bowl not working properly and stinks at nightime til morning
    3. Nurses:
    A. Some of the nurses do not ensure that we really took the meds. One told us to drink then turned away to leave, one jz told us that it's ok if we take them w/o their presence. We told them that it is their responsibility to ensure that the meds were taken bec they are the ones putting the info in their charts. We told them that If such is recorded but no actual meds were taken, it may jeopardize their work, the doctors' assessments, and reputation of JMC.
    B. One of the nurses was sarcastic when we asked something about the medicine that they would put through the "dextrose"
    C. Patient was charged with splint eventhough she was not issued with one.good thing that we asked of the charges that we are about to pay. When the nurse station was asked, the nurse plainly said that it was cancelled and it may have been a typo error; to which we replied that they could have corrected it because they see the patient everyday without the splint.
    D. Prescription was left only on the meal table without telling us that meds indicated therein should be bought.
    E. Thermometer is not returned to where they took it. They just leave it either in the bedside table, eating table, or dextrose stand.
