The spa was very clean the ambiance is great also. The staffs were beautiful and very accommodating too. Massage was good because their therapist is very professional. Better try their services I really recommend this one. Imperial Spa.

Staffs are friendly. The environment is nice. They serve hot tea after massage. I spent $750 pesos on 90min oil massage,which is nice and relaxing

Service is good, staffs are friendly and accommodating. I gave it 4 instead of 5 since I know they can still give a better service than what I experienced.

This is my third times to go to the imperial spa, first and second time I have a great experience in their, so I recommend my friends come with me. Unfortunately the service is not good. Although the masseuses skill are very excellent, but they always talk with each other, my friends and I feel so noisy, we can not relax to sleep. I wish next time imperial spa can improve it. Thank you!

This spa is my most favourite spa in Cebu.
It has so reasonable price but the spa is a way higher one than expectation.
I usually have 2 hours one, and i highly recommend 2 hours since one hour can be something appetites. 2 hours must be fine, very enough relaxing.
And the spa is just crossing the big hotel so easy to tell any taxi driver, easy access from any Cebu city.
If you’re an international student in City you may get some discount as I used to in 2016.report this review
