We are purely an online store. Iligan e-Hub is maintained and managed by Jam, a full-time medical doctor and a part-time online entrepreneur.
We are Iligan City-based online shop but we ship nationwide.

SHIPPING METHODS:
- JRS Express. Buyer shoulders shipping fee of Php 170, nationwide. All of our stocks will be coming from Illigan City. We can ship anywhere in the Philippines. Save on shipping by combining your orders.
- LBC. As per buyer's choice. The amount will be based on the weight of the parcel.
- Additional 1% Insurance Fee is optional. We will however pack your items securely.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Warranty: We have a 7-day replacement warranty. Buyer pays return shipping while we pay the shipping back to the buyer.
Warranty does not include buyer-inflicted damages such as fall, submersion to water, etc.
2. Reservation is maximum of 2 days. Beyond that, order is considered cancelled.
3. Items are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Delays in shipping may happen but we inform our buyers for the cause of delay.
4. After payment, buyer sends us a photo of the receipt or WayBill as proof of payment via our Viber account or through Private Message.
5. We respect our buyer's privacy. Your identity will be kept confidential. We will never sell nor give your contact details to companies.
