July was a very busy month for iWatch - trainings, meetings and presentations left and right. Our goal is to get better everyday. Soon, we will be fully launching the PHILIPPINES' FIRST and ONLY booking platform that connects clients to hospital watchers.
iWatch is Just Getting Better Everyday!
Soon to launch, iWatch is exploring all means to offer a service deserving of the trust and reliance of Filipinos.
Anticipating the deluge of inquiries and concerns regarding this pioneering app service (the equivalent of “Grab” and “Uber” in caring for the sick), we are exploring a partnership with one of the best BPO providers in the market, one of the pioneers, in fact – HKT Teleservices Philippines, Inc.
HKT is a medium-sized call center that has distinguished itself through its deep knowledge and understanding of its clients’ businesses.
It seeks to understand the services so thoroughly so that it can, in turn, be a brand advocate. The public face of the organization it represents, HKT will address concerns and treat our own customers as their very own.
We had a most productive meeting with their senior executive team, headed by General Manager Ricchie Eugenio.
Whether we close a partnership with HKT right now is beside the point. What is important is we have already been introduced to one of the best!
We may engage them asap or we may engage them at a later time, if and when we become big enough to need a call center. Whether it’s sooner or later, there is no doubt in our minds we found the perfect partner.
