Ricardo, the promoter who assisted us, was super helpful and accommodating. He took his time explaining the specs to us, answering all our questions, and even reached out to other employees for things he doesnt have the immediate answer to. Because of him, our experience at the store has been great. I highly recommend him 😊

However, there has been quite a mix up with the credit card we are to use, even if we have confirmed in a call prior to going and asked at the start of our conversations in the store. Particularly, the main cashier at the time of our visit, at around 7-8pm, made us a bit uncomfortable with the way she spoke loudly with Ricardo despite having customers around. She wasn't very open to what was being explained to her and just kept on insisting that our payment method wasnt allowed. Thankfully, after a bit of a wait, our transaction was completed and our payment method was acceptable after all.

They have great service and great personality. I feel welcome the moment I stepped in. The other stores nearby will ignore you the moment they feel like you are not going to buy. But Huawei always shows professionality. I was also able to negotiate some freebies and bought 2 units.
