The place .. wasnt perfect its silent i have a bad experience in this hotel at room 205 the cr or bathroom was very scary for me .when i go shower i locked the sliding door theres someone looking at me outside . Im sorry but i think theres a history in that hotel .. i will never comeback again into this hotel .. and sad to say it was my first time in baguio .the room also have a smell then dont have aircon the tv was .not function ..i hate this hotel not good service the hotel was old ..maybe somebody died in our room because when you go in the cr. Ut was not a good and you feel something terrible . And scarry

Stop criticizing my post ,my father has participated the finishing touches of this hotel ,but those who made the latter interior ,personnel,staffer has nothing to do with your worst night or nightmare you've experience staying for a day or two,why not stay longer and you can meet demands at the half way,stay for the good times ,you certified bashers and SOB's

This hotel sucks! They catter horrible customer service and the hotel is too old, not clean. They dont care on the customers' concern they just want income i guess! It is overpriced! They have dirty, stinky, full of bugs room! Their room smells bad as if not cleaned! Their carpet even the curtains and bedding smells old! Their room has cockroaches, their furnitures inside the room is dusty, cant even seat on it. Their comfort room is horrible too, with a very bad smell.. I checked out on the window and I saw cigarrete butts and they didnt even bother to clean it! What the hell, our vacation was horrible just because of this hotel! They even said customer complaints happens most of the time, customers even go to the police for complaints!. THEIR POLICY IS DECEIVING, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR EXHAUSTED CUSTOMERS. We use to stay at affordable hotels way much cheaper than this HOTEL VILLA ROSAL and we are very pleased because the place is clean and comfy but HOTEL VILLA ROSAL is a big no no! We will never go back to that hotel! To those who are planning to visit Baguio please DO NOT go to this hotel!! This hotel will definitely spoil your vacation. Instead of having comfy night you will have a sleepless night and will feel to exhausted by simply staying there.. Better look for transient house! COCKROACHES. IMAGINE THAT!

This place should be burned to the ground. It's cockroach infested.. I didnt get any sleep in our 2 days stay. And the staff just dont care. Its filty and disgusting..the carpet has not been cleaned for ages, the food is disgusting too, my coffee cup had lipstick on it and i wasnt wearing any.. Only means it was not washed. Dont go to this place even if it is recommended by the guys on the terminal. DON'T STAY ON THIS GOD FORSAKEN HOTEL It's disgusting.

The room is dirty. There were bugs in the carpet. The room smells like ancient history. Everything looks really old. The linens felt like they have been there in that same bed for ages. Seemed like it never has been changed! Seriously, it won't make your stay in Baguio happy. No aircon. TV looks ancient too. Bad view since it is in the middle of the city. Its like when you get out of the hotel you wouldn't wanna come back. Right after we paid for two nights and went up to our room, we came down right away and asked for a refund. We just decided not to ruin our vacation. I swear, I will never stay in that hotel But thankfully, they gave us our money back after an hour or so of pleading.. Well, we haven't really used anything there anyway.
