  hello to everyone, im a previous client of cesari hotel im so glad that i find a hotel nearest to the airport 5 min. ride from airport going to the Cesario hotel. i love the place
  plus the restaurant is look romantic ambiance. so i give 5 stars rates of Cesario hotel.

  This is the worst place that I ever stayed. it is a bait and switch for the BellaVista hotel next door. The cesario is dirty it has ants, roaches and the staff are all very young and show their lack of experience in hotel operations as well as customer service. There are much better places for less money in Lapu Lapu.
  
  They also find any excuse for charging you extra money, they bwanted to charge me 500 PHP ($12 AUD) because they said that I spilled something on the carpet which caused a stain. In reality, the carpet , if you want to call it that, looked as though it had been there since their president was in the 3d grade.
