Very accommodating staff
Customer Service is very poor. They dont care if you waited for long hours, they wont tell you if they’re working on your car already. You need to go ask them because if you dont follow up, hindi aandar papel mo. Much worse when you claim for insurance repair. They wont help you at all, they’ll tell you that they’ll forward your docs to the insurance company like In my case sa bpi ms, but when its been 2 weeks already, i followed up sa bpi and they never received any docs from honda cainta. So you have to file it by yourself, then follow up the LOA. Even when bpi sent the loa to honda cainta, STILL you have to call them because they will never initiate the call for ypur repair. Every step you need to follow up. Like ask them to check their email for the loa, then ask them to order the spare, if not, they will not order, monday lang sila nagsend ng order, so you need to call them on monday para maisama yun spare parts mo sa pag order nila... and so on... i think you get how poor their service is...
Hard to cantact specially the sales dept for follow up!
You can see your car while they're working on it. It has a good lounge for customers.
