    REPOSTING THIS FROM MY FRIENDS FB POST:

    I never post any bad reviews on restaurants but this experience i just had to share. I've been a customer of harvest restaurant in BGC since 2012 but after what my office mate and i experienced today, i would NEVER eat there again. The experience was Horrible! The new owner (so she said)interrupted me and my office mate as we were talking about what to order and suggested on some food in the menu. Since i loved the food there, we agreed to her suggestions.

    After 42 minutes (i timed it as we were only on an hour of lunch break) the waiter handed us the bill and to our surprise its amounting to around Php 1,350 which is twice what's indicated in the menu. She claimed she added something that's off the menu hence the price increase

    We didn't have a discussion on any changes in the price so i told her it should have been explained before we placed the order. She then offered to remove the add ons and billed us Php 792.

    We paid for it and provided feedback to her that its not a good customer experience. On a calm tone, we even shared that what she did was not right as its deceiving and i never had that kind of experience in the past with harvest. She ended up yelling in the restaurant exclaiming "we'll i'm the new owner." To cut the story short she was making a scene with her loud voice making us and the rest of the customers uncomfortable. She even yelled from across the room that she can give the food for free.

    We already paid the bill and didn't want her free food. Another 15 minutes passed and there's still no food. We decided to wait outside the restaurant to get some fresh air and alas! Her assistant went out to give us the food and some money. i said i didnt want our money back we just want to get the food and leave. To my dismay I said "were never going back" and the assistant said "not a loss" in an almost yelling way in front of other customers who's sitting outside. More than bad food, i really dislike bad customer experience. The feeling of being humiliated and deceived is just unacceptable.

    Sharing the picture of the food we got for the amount we paid for, be the judge. So if you want a stress free dining experience DONT dine here.
