    Doctor F, practiced Vet Med in the Middle East.

    Now baed in Manila and sas been my Vet for almost than 22 yrs.

    The clinic is not high-end and he charge reasonably.

    He handled moatly my Chihuahua. Way back, he also take good care of my Maltese, Dalmatian, Pekingese, Pug, Pom

    Dr. Rodrigo Fernandez is very accommodating and did not charge professional fee only for medicine. Highly recommended.
