  I have been here for the nth time too. The price is so economical. The location is near the heart of the city. Many coffee shops, souvenir shops, banks, restaurants and etc are within reach. Walking distance to Larsian, barbeque center of Cebu, which is therefore near the Chong Hua Hospital. The room is so good for the price you paid. For 700php you can enjoy a room with a private comfort room, a wide bed and it is airconditioned. They sell snacks also that you can bring home.

  Good place to stay in Cebu City for budget travelers looking at air conditioner and clean rooms. Everything was just normal, with essential services, amenities and friendly staff.
  
  Don't expect a star hotel facilities, but they have clean towels and comfortable beds. Also the room size is pretty big, comparable to a suite in a 5 star hotel.

  Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating.. the room is spacious and its comfort room is nice.. It is inexpensive and very clean and accessible to various places in metro cebu. I highly recommend this hotel to tourists.

  We had 1 night stay there. The place is a little older but they're very professional. The locations is at walking distance to all fast food and restaurants, and 2 halal places. The room and bathroom were clean. Overall a nice experience.

  Affordable rates, quiet location ,room service menu is simple value for money filipino food . Hot and cold water available from dispensers outside the rooms.

  It's a quiet place..staff are honest and can be trusted..its clean and water is easy access in hallways i loved it! wifi is fast..

  For a budget hotel, this is a very good place. Clean room and bathroom though toilet could use a bidet (or a dipper for the meantime). Free hot and cold drinking water, 24/7.
  Staff are very cordial and very accommodating.

  Helpful and hilarious staff, good location in uptown Cebu next to cafes and near Osmena Circle, spacious rooms that a pretty clean but outdated.
