Residencia de Elvira is not a hotel or a condotel, it is our home and a perfect place for you to call home during your stay in Metro-Manila Philippines. It is a new way to stay in a city and live like a local.

We have 2 furnished & serviced 1 bedroom apartments which can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults.

Our home is conveniently located close to train stations (MRT and LRT) that goes to Makati and other parts of Metro Manila.

Major shopping malls SM North EDSA and TriNoma is about 10 minutes by taxi or tricycle. They feature SM, Landmark and lots of boutique fashion shops, cinema, spa, gyms and restaurants. Other major malls close by are Fishermans Mall and SM Mega Mall

Also close by are the Wild Life Park and Quezon Memorial Circle where you can breath some fresh air and relax. They have some playgrounds for the kids as well.

We are surrounded by popular restaurants around Tomas Morato, West Avenue, Quezon Memorial Circle and UP Techno Hub.

For relaxation and fitness, there is The Spa and pay as you go gyms at TriNoma. For a wonderful water experience Ace Spa at Del Monte Avenue is worth a try.

Munoz Market is 5 minutes away and it offers fresh fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood.

For fashion bargain hunters, 30 minutes drive is Green Hills Shopping Center which offers a variety of reasonably priced clothes, shoes, hand bags, custom jewelries and beautiful pearls.

Makati City is a metro-train ride away. It is the financial and business district of the Philippines and has lots of high end designer brand stores like Prada, Gucci, Chanel,etc aside from the usual SM and Landmark.
