This cafe is a quiet place away from the hubbub of Sessions Road, despite the fact it's right in the heart of town. Upon entering, diners are confused whether they should sit down and order from waitstaff or stand in line at the counter and order. Upon discovering one should stand in line to order, it then becomes awkward that the change for the order is not provided until the food is served. Sometimes, waitstaff have to be reminded to bring the change, which is even more awkward.
The food and the ambience, and especially the desserts, are well worth a visit though.

Great place for coffee and cakes. They serve heavy meals too! And a brunch buffet. Nice ambiance.

Probably the best looking Figaro I've been to. The place is refreshing and feels like home.

The ambiance is like to another Figaro branch. I love that the space is wide and homey :)

Coffee is one good product they have. Unfortunately, customer service is terribly so bad. I have never had an experience wherein a restaurant rushes clients to finish their meal instead of saying in a respectable manner that shall ask your last order to prepare for the closing hours. It was so obvious their waiters were rushing to go home. One waiter even debated as to how a client should pay them. They don't show a pre receipt but ask you to get off your seat and look at the cash register of the list you ordered. So embarrassing that they charged my guests the tea they ordered initially. Four of us were enjoying meals then one of us saw a worm in the salad served. NEVER AGAIN

Met a friend here just now and the place is okay. Just okay, because it closes at 9PM. And I'm the type of person who starts the day a little late. Coffee is good, got an americano for only P114, and that's the largest size already. You guys should check it out too when you're at SM and finding a place to chill.

The drinks were great! unfortunately, the costumer service is very poor. Once I came in there, the employees were not greeting their costumers and not entertaining them immediately. I would still like to emphasize their great drinks, they never disappoint me with their frappes

Their brewed coffee is superb and best paired with their clubhouse sandwich.

All the people managing the cafe are all nice but the environment is really noisy where it is supposed to be a place to relax and chill.
