Nice location. Very near to ABS-CBN. Also near to transportation services. Good place to find opportunities and jobs. Some fast food restaurants are available below the building as well for hungry agents/people.

The facilities are organised, lots of fancy eateries that is sure to tease the palate. The scene is refreshing with open space and the rising skyline. The differences between the old and the new building has a calming, almost a peaceful sense. You can forget that you are in one of the busiest district in Metro Manila

The park outside the mall is great. The mall itself is ok. It is wide enough to avoid bumping to other people. The escalator are almost always available. There is a lot of gadget sellers here.

A small business park with lots of bpos and food establishments. There are a variety of restaurants to choose from and there is a small park at the back where you can sit back and relax. It is close to the MRT station, making commutes easy. A taxi bay is also available. Uber and Grab can easily access the service road from Edsa. Paid parking is strictly enforced.
