Epitome Dream Builders began several years ago when a young man , our Managing Director was trained in hard work and can-do-attitude abroad, providing construction services in residential and commercial projects. For more than a decade he has gone punctuating skyline structures. While the company goes by different names, but one thing is constant, the guarantee of an incredible life that it brings. Every space he created in those years involves meticulous planning and careful detailing in building and renovating offices.

Currently, He is into a horizontal development of a 10.5 hectares, with high end housing component subdivision along Aguinaldo Hi-way in Silang, Cavite with 254 allotments for residential structures and about 40,000 square meters of commercial area, facilities and amenities. Bloomingdales is being developed by Highspring Corporation, a family corporation owned by the Managing Director.

In every man’s success is a woman on his side who, even without picking up hammer and nail could well be working together in starting up building up and renovating homes and offices. With her , our Proprietor’s assistance, their team thrive a career in construction.
