The hotel is on the beach, so there is nothing misleading about the way they advertise. Every time we called the front desk to request something (and we did this a fair bit), the staff were there immediately. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The fact that it’s in Station 1, is great for taking it away from the overwhelming crowd and noise, but it’s the closest hotel to Station 2, so the walk is very short and pleasant.report this review -

careful which room you book! 1st floor above the street is unbearably noisy, I was moved to a room on the 4th floor and it was lovley. Staff were helpful and it was always clean. Just double check your not on the 1st floor. brilliant ocean views! restaurant is basic compared to the rooms and was undergoing maintenance but otherwise great.

Located short walking distance from beach (cross a street and through accompanying restaurant Mamitas.) Friendly and accommodating staff. Located near Station 1 boat dock. Currently expanding due to popularity. Also purveyors of water sports activities including jet ski, parasailing, submarine tour, and banana boat.

Great little place on the sea front. Walking distance from everything and convenient mini stop, seven11 and Andoks chicken directly at the back. The reason I only give 2 stars is that they're currently having renovation work and the constant banging from 7am to 6pm has spoilt our stay. Especially that we wasn't informed when checking in nor anything was done about it when complaints were submitted. Also if you're planning to lay out in the sun on one of their sunbeds, be prepared to be pestered all day long by vendors wanting to sell you knock off sunglasses and hats. On top of freelance tour guides badgering you to go on one of their activities when you've told the same people 3 times in the day NO I'M NOT INTERESTED! The resort should do something about it as it affects their reputation greatly hence my low score.

I did not know what to expect when we arrived. But i was impressed with the hotels' great location - the beach is at your doorsteps. The hotel is located Station 1 where the it is relarively quiet and the beach is white sand and shallow. The hotel rooms are spacious and set up as suites with sitting and dinning area. The beds are queen size and effort is made to make the rooms clean and comfortable with the amenities found in good hotels. There are improvements that are needed but overall our stay was comfortable. The staff are friendly and responsive to our needs. The external building is not impressive but the rooms are pleasantly furnished.

Staff friendly. Great location on beach front. All the people walking by take a second look. Music selection OPM and oldies. Rooms clean.
