We would like to welcome you to our home and experience Daday's cooking.
About Daday.
Daday is our daughter’s coined name for her father, Emmanuel Holgado Espiritu or Jonjie for short. It started as Dada, her first ever word when she’s about 2 years old. Then, she began experimenting with sounds adding “y” to word…so it became Daday.
He is not a chef. He does not even have a proper training in cooking. He just came from a family whose only hobby is eating. And he loves to cook…turning gourmet dishes into simple home-cooked meal or making “pacham’ recipes about something he watched on TV or something we ate during our trips.
