Room 228 in the other building was creepy.almost empty occupants,dark,spooky,corner placed.very small,too high placed tv,a bit dirty,so we upgraded to a suite. The room 102 suite's aircon in the main bldg was so cold but broken louver,broken bidet,a little dirty restroom but roomy. .friendly staff.safe place..wasn,'t able to try breakfast ..

DM Residente Suites and Villas was recommended to me through an online friend. I decided to check it out and found it to be an excellent hotel. It has very nice quality, especially since their prices are very affordable. The staff was excellent and very friendly. It is near the Clark Economic Zone and Fields Ave, but it is pretty quiet there. I really don't see how you could ask for anything more. It is definitely the place that my wife and I will be staying each time that we are in the area.
