we went there last november 19-20, 2017. just an overnight stay. the resort doesnt have a road access. so we went to 'Kapitana's house' to park our cars and ride a boat. if you took the cavite route, find 'Natipunan' on your map. you have to turn right when you see the Hamilo billboard. Just slow down when you are near at the barangay hall of Natipunan. You may not see the billboard because it faces the other way. When you take the Tagaytay route, after you pass by the barangay hall of Natipunan, turn left when you see the huge Hamilo billboard on the left side.

You may park your cars at Kapitana's house. it's safe there. BTW you have to know, they charge you for an overnight parking of 100 php per car! you have to pay at their sari-sari store, beside their house.

The resort offers a boat service for 1500php two way. This is fixed. If you have a good haggle skills, you may try. You have to pay this at the resort once you arrive. Though, i suggest that you dont. We had a bad experience regarding the boat ride there. We were staying for 19pax with heavy baggage, so we decided to take 2 boats for safety reasons. So that's 3000. the resort wanted us to pay full (boat + accomodation)when we arrived, because if not, they wont give us the keys to our room. When its time to go home, we only rode 1 boat with light baggage. I was so doubtful but they wanted us to take one boat so that its faster. The boat drivers never returned our 750php. So if you will take 2 or more boats, i suggest that you talk to the resort people first and ask if u can pay for the boat once you leave, for assurance. the boat ride will only last for 10 minutes .

The place was nice. the beach has clear water and no rocks, so its safe to just swim with your bare feet. the pool was nice. You may swim with whatever attire you want. Theres no rule, except no food on or beside the swimming pool.

Also, we didnt book online. we just called the resort and told them that we will go there on the certain dates. They were very easy to talk to. you may find their contact numbers on their facebook page.

When choosing the rooms, i recommend to take the 2nd floor rooms on the upper building. since we were 19, we took all 3 rooms on the 2nd floor. it was originally priced at 13,500 php, for all rooms, we got 1k less. Though, it will be very very tiring all the way up to the rooms while carrying your baggage, but it will be worth it. since there are no other tourists, we got the whole resort by ourselves. the terrace has a great forest view. the whole 2nd floor already has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms with toilets, bidet, sink heater (i didnt try the heater), 3 airconditioned rooms (2 rooms has 1 queen sized bed and 1 double deck. The other room only has a king sized bed). There are also many folding beds. the terraces has tables and chairs outside.

My only concern is that some parts of the place are already ROTTING!! It needs maintenance!!! The sides of the counters in the kitchen are rotting, specially the sides of the kitchen sink. You also cannot use the other oven, its broken. ALSO, the bathrooms stink! the floor is not leveled so if you get messy with the shower, the whole bathroom will flood with 2-3inches of water. and IT WILL STINK. Since flooding is common in the bathroom, the bottom of the bathroom doors are also rotting. it makes it hard to close and open the doors.

They have activities in the resort too. there's a pool table for 150php per hour. basketball for 100php for the ball. volleyball for 50php for the ball.
Im not sure if they offer jetski&banana boat. since we didnt try. maybe its from the other resort beside them. u may ask the resort people.

I also recommend to try the cooked lobster outside the resort. There are people who sell cooked lobster for 2 pcs for 1500php. I dont know if that is worth it, but i looked and smelled the lobsters and it was yummy! it think it will be worth the try. There are also rocks along side of the beach. u may go there to get a glimpse of diff fishes! Though, you have to wear slippers/footware because of edgy rocks.

Not sure of the those who rate here as 5 stars resort have been to really 5 stars to compare with. We went for family outing for a day tour. Find the place dirty and yuckky. The man who charging us just swim on his casual daily shorts with belt on the pool, no hygiene maintenance? Bathroom and showers are yuckky slimy, rusty, dirty. Not worth of value.

Nice and clean resort. I'd come back again soon! The only issue are the broken locks of the bathrooms.
