  Bought a set of 6 outdoor folding chairs last August in anticipation of my kids online learning. A couple of days use revealed a fold on the plastic seat. A call to their customer service revealed the seat's weight capacity is 50 kilos.
  
  First, my 6th grade daughter isn't even nowhere near that weight. Second, there was no mention on Lazada's site nor on theirs about that. Lastly, does that mean before I offer our chairs to visitors I've to make sure they're in the 50-kilo range? Who does that? Apparently they do. So I was settling for an exchange instead for their "supposedly" outdoor chair with a larger load capacity.
  
  Couple months worth of exchange calls and follow ups, I was finally informed that they won't allow for an exchange for we used all 6 chairs whereas we should have avoided using them. Now that's a lot of BS. They didn't mention anything like that during my follow ups. And so we have our kids use dinner chairs instead for the meantime?

  Don't buy anything here. Their Lazada and Shoppee accounts are scam. I bought an item here and both were cancelled due to long shipping time and out of stock after waiting for like 2 weeks. They will not provide you any updates. None at all.

  Stay away from this store! Never buy from this store! NO AFTER SALES SERVICE AT ALL! BEWARE! Had a terrible experience yesterday. One of their staff Cecile very arrogant person claims she is the senior sales and you can't speak to anyone else besides her. She claims there is no manager . Check their prices first, don't be fooled. Same items they sell in their store is much cheaper in other places. I called to speak to the owner or manager but was made to hold for a very long time until the line got cut! Looks like the owner does not care about their reputation and service. How can you trust to buy from them. The worse! Store name should be cost you more!

  I work as a Regional Procurement Director for one of the Top Companies in Asia and its my first time to place a review. Its only because i have found a company that practices ETHICAL selling amongst asian countries. They offer better warranties, worldwide delivery, after sales service and parts and they got the widest range of quality Brand new furniture for less kudos to the team and management!
