Had bad experience took them 3 hours to check my friend we brought to their ER......
I took a single private small room. When i checked in, the medical kit (soap, spoon, fork, etc.) was not given to me; we had to ask for it.
The tv signal is the worst; no remote control.
The bench/companion's bed is uncomfortable to sleep in.
The corridors are a-clutter.
At 7am, we requested to be checked out at 3pm, but we were able to check out at 5:30pm.
No one is picking up the phone. Bad sign for a hospital.
Why would no one answer the phone? How hard is it to do that? You see, someone who is busy AF could not physically go there to ask one simple question! Whoever it is that is assigned to answer the phone, you are ruining the entire hospital's rating. If you don't like your job, then quit!
Or if it's the management who gives someone that task but that person has so much on his/her plate already, please re-evaluate your staff's job!
