  Its more like an inn with no services other than accommodation. Few points for :
  1. Cleanliness
  2. Nice Staff
  3. Parking Space
  4. Hot and Cold Shower.
  
  Could have been better if they serve food.
  Sadly the wifi coverage is only within the lobby and front desk area.
  
  I recommend this place for those who are looking for a budget friendly accommodation.
  If you are looking for a hotel with add on services, you may try somewhere else.

  Affordable room rates. Friendly staff. Walking distance from Robinson's Roxas.

  Really a disaster. STAY AWAY FROM GRAND HOTEL!!! Totally gold diggers. No internet, service poor. Staffs really arrogant. My advice in Roxas City: Hotel Presidente (around the same price), or Roxas Midtown Hotel (more cheaper). Both have great staffs. Only can say: SALAMAT PO!!!
