  Shame on Citibank for being ageist and oppressing powerless customers like me. For years, I have been asking that the hard copy of my SOA be mailed since I'm a senior citizen who's been hacked, so I don't want to do bank stuff online. I've written and called numerous tines. Also it's taxing to aged eyes to have to check one's statement online. Again, my SOA was over 2 weeks late. You are corporate bullies who don't care about the small customer and are just looking for the chance to trip us up so you can charge your onerous late fees and penalties.

  Worst service, worse than the Philippine government bureaucracy. I requested for a bank certificate on 3 different occasions through their hotline and none arrived. They're good at making it difficult for their clients. If I were a CitiGold client would I experience the same treatment?

  Be very careful with this bank. Transfer from peso account to dollar account is not allowed ("because of their internal processes") so if you want to cancel your account from abroad, you basically forfeit your money...

  I'm very dis appointed one of the male teller of this bank. he cannot do proper service how to treat good behavior for there clients also for Lazada couriers!! and no space parking for two wheels.!

  This is not citibank greenhills! Causes confusion when using waze or uber or grab. The correct place to search is Citibank NA.
