Central hotel give it 5 stars service great rooftop restaurant great views .rooms clean and fresh all water and services working great location central to all restaurants and bars only minor issue is the construction of a new building next door to our hotel but at the moment nothing happening so my sleep ins are great.. highly recommended 3 Rd time here haven't been dissatisfied yet

Good rooms. Clean. Blue pillows need washing. Smells very bad. Room needs a socket that works without a card being there for charging purposes.

Great view and location, but that is where it stops. Had stayed several times previously, but service has gone down hill massively. Restaurant on the top floor plays booming music drowning out any form for conversation outside of hand signals. Food orders confused by the same person who takes them. Both myself and my friend who was also booked there were locked out of our rooms (twice) and he was told he was checking out 2 nights into his 3 night stay. To cap it off, security on the door thought I was doing a runner when I departed at 5pm. Whilst the people there are individually were nice (the room cleaner who was the person who kindly let me into my room was a life-saver), the management is like a bunch of 3 year olds trying to assemble a jigsaw; messy and very much lacking in ability. Stay at your peril.

Nice, cozy Executive Suite room type that has bathtub and shower area. However, it lacks basic amenities like complimentary in-room coffee/tea and toiletries. Roofdeck swimming pool and resto are nice and great for relaxing and unwinding. Parking may be difficult sometimes.

Nice hotel not far from Walking Street. Helpful staff with a very safe pick up and drop off at Clarke airport available at a decent price.

It commands a fine view and nice place.

Great view at night and relaxing ambiance. If you want a night out without the loud noise. This is a great place. Food plus the place is fairly equal to its menu prices.

I feel so relax here and really enjoyed my stay. Had their best seller Pizza and Cocktail . As for the wings i do not really like it for my tasting.

Loved the rooftop area- has an infinity pool and live band at night. It had a chill vibe. I'm surprised I wasn't bit by mosquitoes that night. If you ride the tricycle transporation from this hotel, it will be a bit expensive. Hotel was clean with great staff.

The rooftop bar & restaurant is great for chillin' with the ambience of a nice pool, city scape and a live band as a background music. The food is great and you'll be attended properly - you get what you paid for. Everything is nice, but the sad part is: the bill is enough to leave you expecting big servings.

Nice pool on the roof with restaurant poolside. Variety of rooms available. Comfortable with good security.
