  This branch of Cebuana L. is the worst branch of yours that i encountered in my entire life as of this moment. Just this afternoon around 5pm on the 27th day of April 2022, im about to transact a Gcash to a Rosel R. amounting to Php 3,300. Upon entering to your branch a guard on duty was polite naman po,he asked me what transaction should i want. I answered "GCASH" then he just told me to fill up form. I had previous transaction of gcash from other branch along Visayas Ave. (near DENR) and Munoz Branch near jeepney terminal, where i had an excellent serviced i experienced because they assist clients very much and they had this machine same as in banks where u can do your transactions,the form is just for signature. But on your branch,worst ever. There is no form for gcash transaction, so i assumed that the guard will assist that i would like to transact gcash,but he didnt. Then the woman who assist me named Judy just transact what was the details i wrote. I noticed that she charged me with 95pesos,which is not right because Gcash doesn't have any charges. Then,i asked her to correct my transantion to gcash but she did not want,i got mad because the guard did not tell to that woman judy that i want gcash transaction. Hope you correct your service. Make a stamp of GCASH tosomeforms. So that client know thats for gcash transaction only!!!
  I did not hav any photos as proof cause my hypertension suddenly arised to the higjest level. You can check your records on the said date and time and the amount, that im a first time client/customer to your branch. Hope you do better on your services so tht no one will experienced like i did. Thank you
