  I chose this hotel for the jump off point for my Cebu-Manila road trip in December 2016. It is walking distance from the Ayala Center where I did some last minute shopping for equipment to take on the trip. There is a basement parking garage with good security. The food at the lobby restaurant is pretty good. The staff are well trained, friendly, and helpful.
  
  It's not as flashy as the Marco Polo, where I've stayed many times. But it is also not located on top of a mountain away from everything. Sometimes it's good to be on top of a mountain. Sometimes it's better to be near the mall.

  The place is so perfect. The ambiance and the location is superb. I love the food and everything about the hotel. Very well-mannered crew.

  Absolute class. Paid 6000 peso for 2 rooms and when my dad was too ill to attend they would not allow cancellation. Instead they put me in penthouse suite that was meant to be 30000. Couldn't thank them enough. All staff especially at reception were great. Thank you

  Very friendly staff. They upgraded our room to a larger one because it was available. Their breakfast is really good with many choices that will probably satisfy most customers, although the AC is pretty intense so don't forget to bring a sweater with you if you're as sensitive as us. They have a gym which should be good enough for most people. The pool is pretty good for those hot days.

  Went here to attend a graduation ceremony. Very nice place. Food was good but didn't have a buffer once the tray of food was gone guests have to wait for that food to be refilled. An inconvenience for the guests' part. If you plan to have an event here make sure to point it out so that guests will enjoy their time here. That would be another opportunity for the hotel to have more future event bookings.

  Bean Date located at the ground floor of Parklane offers a convenient location for a casual meeting and a short break.
  
  I've also experienced an interesting set of Cebuano food at Kan-anan at the 3rd or 4th floor. It's sort of an open air terrace.

  The food are amazing. The service is very nice and they have an outdoor pool where you can see the city. And the location is accessible. It's near the central city and near Ayala Mall.

  Truly amazing hotel, great food and the staff are amazing. Our room was great, clean and well stock I wouldn't stay any where else. Close to SM and local business as well safe place to visit.
