Description
The Carolinian Economics Society is the co-curricular student organization of the Department of Economics of the University of San Carlos.
The Society’s goals are the following:
a. To foster goodwill and understanding among students and faculty members of the Department of Economics;
b. To reinforce classroom discussions by contriving projects related to current economic issues for its members to insightfully see meaning in learned theories;
c. To develop and mold students into concerned citizens participative in community building projects through socially – oriented activities;
d. To promote awareness and to uplift the consciousness of the students for them to critically view economic facts within and outside the country.
