Description
Enhanced accessibility and improved road networks provided by the Metro Manila Expressway C6 road, Marcos Highway, Sumulong Highway and Ortigas Avenue Extension will create more growth areas, commercial establishment, work hubs, mall expansions and more gated residential neighbourhoods east of Metro Manila. Metro East is an elevated area where more open green spaces and unspoiled nature settings providing a healthier alternative to live in, away from the highly polluted area. Its elevation will also serve as protection from floods and it also gives a view of the metropolis.
Development is now moving east of Manila and new center for business and commerce. Resorts, restaurants, hotels and art galleries have been rising in numbers to promote tourism and development in the province.
Universities, Colleges and Accredited Private Schools have also expanded their operations in the area to accommodate the vast number of students. In the City of Antipolo and Teresa, Rizal alone have 200 Accredited Private Schools plus 85 public schools.
