  My opinion this place is way over rated I have being a number of times the maintenance is not what is should be, they manage to make the main pool unsafe by building wall inside the pool that are few inchs below surface so you don't see it untill you hit the wall swimming, very bad improvement idea.
  They added more stuff but half of the slides are dry so unusable. There is a fee for everything the only thing still free is the bathroom maybe next time that will have a fee too

  Accommodation is not satisfactory; more like 0 out of 5 stars. The lighting is thrashingly poor. We had to make double follow-ups for the table and chairs. The fridge is disappointingly not working. Considering the relatively high price for everything here, we did not get what we paid for. Moreso, the attractions are not well maintained. The pool with many pouring pails have a wooden bridge beside it which is slippery. Regardless of how slippery it is, it is a safety hazard. The statues, which look creepy enough when they were new, look so in season for halloween; amputated hand still holding on, body-less head, etc.
  
  Instead of finding more and more ways to extract bucks from customers, why not making sure that the overall experience is worthwhile first. A pack of tube ice that supposedly costs P5 is worth P20; the charcoal that usually just costs P4 - P6 is worth P20 and a cone of Cornetto, with SRP P20, is P35. Well, at least they'd offer you P5 off when you buy 3!
  
  Overall, I think Caribbean is an over-rated establishment. More pay less fun.

  There is a big sign at the entrance saying: "no outside food or drinks!"
  But I don't think it is strictly enforced.
  We came late (8pm) and in off-season (late September) en we were virtually the only ones....
  Too bad the jacuzzi wasn't working, but the whole place, which is pirate-themed, was nicely lit.
  Like so many of these places in the Philippines, it is all a bit dated, pointing back to a more prosperous time in its history, and yet, it appears relatively well maintained.
  DO BRING INSECT REPELLANT!!!

  Fun water activities at heart of Bacolod City. Good for kids with maximum pool depth of 4 feet with various types of swimming pools.

  I gave it 4 stars because the place was really nice, really good for family outings, the kids will surely love the slides and playgrounds. There's a lot of swimming pools to choose from. The only downside was that the bathrooms are not well cleaned. But overall I still recommend this place.

  Our overnight stopover, a great place as jump off to Campuestohan Highland Resort. Since we were not able to book a room in Campuestohan, we decided to stay overnight in Caribbean Water Resortel. The rooms are good enough for an overnight stay, not to rely too much on their restaurant, we all settled for an outside dinner and fast food take outs for breakfast. The kids enjoyed the place a lot, a very accessible place and only about an hour drive away to campuestohan using the i-phone and Google Map as our guide in getting there.

  Absolutely NO GO
  It's a public place with 75 % public people
  No TV signal, no WiFi, no restaurant, no breakfast...
  Every room and open house have a BBQ.
  SO it burned always...! From 6 am until the night with open end and loud boom boom music everywhere
  A very noisy place
  you can't buy anything, so you have to bring it to the hotel.
  The water park it self is an old place... Needs a renovation... But the kids love it...
  The hotel rooms are not really good for four...
  I payed for an extra mattress 500 pesos for lying on floor.
  I payed 100 pesos for a broken water glass.
  3 meters in front of the room with terraces are the open houses/cabanas... Every terrace and every cabana have a BBQ.
  If you don't like smoked, don't go there.
  If you don't like BBQ, don't go there.
  If you don't like noise 22 hrs, don't go there.
  If you don't like to wait 40 minutes to check in, don't go there.
  If you don't like a stressful place, don't go there.
  If you like a cozy place, don't go there.
  If you like to eat in restaurant, don't go there, because there is no restaurant (just one) in the near...!
  But
  The service-team is very fast, repair the TV, bring hot water, because no water cooker...
  The Stuff inside is very friendly
  And it is clean.
