Bulwagan Ng Tayabas Reception Hall and Catering Services, was built and founded by, Dr Augusto V. Obispo and Mrs. Flora H. Obispo. Their dream to give the People of Tayabas a decent place for their parties is what drove them to build Bulwagan ng Tayabas.
