The desire of the family to make a difference in the chicken inasal business rising all over Negros gave birth to Budzkie's Restobar. The name was derived from Eduardo "Budoy/Budz" Bolonia Sr., the eldest son of the late Antonena Velez Bolonia, the pioneer and original owner of Nena's chicken bbq, known in their distinct marination that makes every negrense's taste buds crave for the mouth watery, chicken inasal - a perfect main dish that suits all occassions.

Nena's son, grandsons and daughter now ready to invade the town carrying the legacy with a twist to deviate from the mainstream grilled chicken.
