The baker, Bruno Mark, is a newly retired empty nesting father of three, who has always had a passion for baking rustic breads at home for years. Over time and out of love for this craft, he has mastered the art of baking rustic high hydration sour dough bread. He now runs a small bakery operation out of his home kitchen with the help of his incredible staff.
