  The big problem in this clinic is the queue. You have to wait for too long before the doctor calls your turn, and sometimes the doctors don't comply to what their schedule is. When I had my consultation it was really horrible may be it was due to the APE of the IBM employees, perhaps if they don't have the APE things would be smooth and faster.

  I highly recommend this clinic. Doctors here are awesome! Very Accommodating, Professional, and very Knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable while talking with them. I've been there so many times and its always been the same experience. The Doctors are great but their nurses are sometimes pain in the neck. They need a better training on how to accommodate people. FYI it's their Job

  So far, my experience has been okay with Borough. The doctors usually don't follow their schedule but since it's near where I work, I can usually wait and there's always someone who answers their hotline which is a really good thing. They are also aware of their available doctors unlike other clinics. I've also never experienced waiting for too long but I did hear a lot of negative feedbacks. The only negative thing I can really say is that they have this nurse at the reception who is not very attentive since he was very busy texting on his phone during his shift. I'm glad there was another nurse available who immediately noticed and attended my inquiry. There is also a TV with movies being played while you wait and cushioned chairs where you can sit. Another good thing is they also update the list of their doctors. I just hope this good experience will continue as I heard a lot of negative things from my colleagues.
